Shipping to Iceland & Scandinavia
The Iceland launch store is configured with standard shipping at 2,490 ISK and free shipping for orders above 19,990 ISK. Orders enter Iceland from the Canary Islands, so customs clearance, import VAT or carrier handling may apply depending on the final logistics arrangement. These costs and conditions will be stated clearly at checkout as the shipping contract is finalised.
Returns & damaged orders
Food products and other perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods may have specific return restrictions. The final policy will be published before launch in accordance with applicable consumer rules and the products sold.
